A true Dartmouth native, Tim completed his
articles with Landry McGillivray and joined the firm as an
associate in 1994 upon his admission to the Bar. Tim became
a partner at Landry McGillivray in 2002.
Tim’s preferred areas of practice are personal injury,
insurance and civil litigation, real estate, corporate, commercial
and administrative law. He has extensive administrative law
experience having represented clients before numerous administrative
tribunals including Canada Pension Plan review tribunals,
Pension Appeals Board, Workers Compensation Board, Employment
Insurance appeals and university disciplinary panels.
Tim is bilingual in French and English, having received a
diploma from Université de Laval and also having attended
immersion programs at Université Ste. Anne, Université
de Québec à Trois-Rivière, and Collège
